note: ad2c9cc bundled an unintended payload

Commit ad2c9cc carries the title "trees_gene_groups STEP_2: embed RUN_TAG
in SLURM JobName for tier distinguishability" but the diff also includes
14 file renames and 1 deletion in gigantic_project-COPYME/subprojects/
annotations_hmms/ that a parallel session had staged before I committed.
The actual STEP_2 change is the two RUN-workflow.sh edits in
gene_groups-COPYME/ and gene_groups_hgnc-COPYME/; the annotations_hmms
renames normalize AI_GUIDE-<name>.md filenames to AI_GUIDE.md across the
six BLOCK_* subtrees plus their per-workflow ai/ dirs. Neither set of
changes is destructive; the commit message is just incomplete.

I should have run `git diff --cached --stat` to verify the staged set
before committing. Recording this here so future readers (and future me)
can find the two payloads from the commit title.
