please clone this repo and run npm run start:dev to try out the dashboard.

I tried it there are lot of logs coming and it even saying its running at http://0.0.0.0:4100/ but the wbesite not accessible the same above window appears.

Maybe try: npm install --force

or

This issue can be solved by bypassing the conflict using npm install --legacy-peer-deps
