Health checks are not synchronized, and it is not clear which ones are active or inactive #1593

Description

@dennisoderwald

Describe the bug
Health checks are not synchronized, and it is not clear from the overview which ones are active or inactive

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Dashboard -> Sites
  2. Deactivate a healthcheck on node 1, is not synchronized to node 2

Expected behavior
When I disable a health check for a site, it would be helpful if, first, it were clearly indicated which one is already inactive, and second, if this change were synchronized to the other nodes.

It would also be very useful to be able to disable health checks globally.

This is because I use Nginx UI behind an HAProxy and work with Proxy Protocol—as a result, the health checks don’t work for me, since I can’t enable Proxy Protocol during the health check and can’t adjust the port either.
