The node is shown as offline even though it is online

Describe the bug
The node is shown as “Offline” even though it is online.

When you view the Sync Preview for a site, a node is occasionally marked as offline. However, it is not actually offline. As soon as you click “Save,” the status is correctly recognized and the node is displayed again along with it

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Manage Sites
2. Open site
3. Sync Preview Status Check

Expected behavior
The node's status should be displayed correctly.
