NetworkError: Unsupported device

Just bought the action labelprinter, but when trying to pair the device, I keep getting this error. Using chrome on OSX.

same here, it identifies itself als FICHERO_<mac?> and i see two variants, BLE and non ble. @0xMH If there's anything i can do to help without installing the official app :) i can do dumps etc where needed. The device's back label reads:

Item: 5836/3212141

made by 'karsten.nl' (which I obviously doubt).
