Notice of GPL License Violation: Your code is being stolen!

Dear Maintainer / @0xTas and @DanDucky your code is being violated!

I'm opening this issue on your repository to document what's happening and to apply public pressure.

What happened

A product called bephax premium has incorporated GPL‑licensed addons (including yours) into a proprietary, closed‑source product. This is a clear violation of the GNU General Public License.

Under the GPL, any work that includes or derives from GPL code must be released in full under the GPL, with complete, buildable source code provided to all users. bephax premium does not do this.

What you can do

• Issue a formal violation notice to the distributor.
• Send a report to report-nonfree@fsf.org following the instructions https://www.gnu.org/help/gnu-bucks.html (and also earn a GNU/Buck!)
• File DMCA takedowns against any platform hosting bephax premium.
• Publicly name them.
• Seek legal action if you wish.
