do I use CookieHub or Gtag to manage my scripts ?

hello and thank you for this convenient plugin 🙏

I was wondering since you're already initializing gtag in gatsby-ssr.js, and basically offering no way to load other cookies from cookieHub. does that mean that this is using cookieHub just as a toggle for cookies (all set to analytics category)? and that I have to actually manage my scripts inside of gtag ?
