The Ophthalmology department is required to submit periodic reports on diagnosed cases and surgeries performed. Currently, there is no report available to track diagnosis entries made during patient encounters, making it difficult to generate these statistics.
Describe the solution you'd like
A report should be available to display diagnosis-wise patient counts entered during encounters. For example, the report should show the number of patients diagnosed with Cataract, Glaucoma, Refractive Error, and other eye conditions. It should also provide surgery-wise counts, such as Cataract Surgery and other ophthalmic procedures, for a selected date range.

Currently, the department maintains these statistics manually by reviewing patient records and registers, which is time-consuming and may lead to inaccuracies.

This report is required by the Ophthalmology department for monthly reporting, departmental statistics, and submission to hospital administration and higher authorities.
