Migrating to Cloudflare Workers

Has anyone successfully migrated their Eleventy site to Cloudflare Workers? Can you show the steps you took to implement? Their docs leave a lot to be desired, with much ambiguity.

For instance, when configuring wrangler.jasonc it's not clear how to use a MarkDown file as the app entry point, resulting in an error during deployment. It's also not clear what the proper deploy command should be in the worker settings.
