Dependency map for data cascade for incremental builds

For both Incremental Builds and Serverless, it would be nice to have a dependency graph of the files used by templates in the data cascade.

This repository is now using lodash style issue management for enhancements. This means enhancement issues will now be closed instead of leaving them open.
