QOL updates

I will put all fragmented thoughts about quality-of-life changes here

• The last few points in gradients $R_0/L$ figures inside summary seems broken in some cases
• It would be cleaner if parameters inside summary page is listed within a table
• Naming of buttons in Equilibrium panel
• Folder selection list is problemetic on some PC, the height of each <li> seems too large sometimes. It would be wiser to not use just height:1.3em
• Buttons should be disabled when communicating with server
• Use a more structualized layout (maybe grid)
