Style grader: vertical bar location

Issue

Some students have the tendency to put the vertical bar on the line before their next case:

fun empty [] = [] |
empty (x::xs) = []

this is borderline a crime against humanity.

Next Steps

Make a style rule for this (just check that when there is a |, that it is not at the end of a line)
