User story
As a CX Staffer responsible for visibility of online public service delivery,
I would like to understand what events are commonly used to gain visibility into online journeys
So that I can have greater insight into the usage and usefulness of the web products we create to support the public services we provide.
Acceptance Criteria
Given I visit a URL about DAP/Service events
I can read about instrumenting a service
And I can see a case study example of this
And I can read guidance about which events to use for my service
