500 error code should be 503 #671
Description
About 2% of the time, I get the error code and the message 500 Web server unavailable. I believe the error code should be 503 and the message 503 Web server unavailable. See https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/rfc7231#section-6.6.4.
