Divs saving with gray boxes

Use case:

I'm certain I'm doing something incorrectly, but looking for some help. I'm saving my page node and seeing all the divs are being saved with gray borders. It's not in the css. Anyone encounter this?

Expected behavior

Divs save without borders as per the below rendered html:

Actual behavior (stack traces, console logs etc)

• Chrome 49+

I'm seeing the same fwiw,
Thought i'd try dropping in this library to see if it would fix the problems im having with 'dom-to-image' and it fixes some, but introduces this problem. Odd.

Same problem here.

I fixed it with copyDefaultStyles set to false:

  .toPng(this.tnode.nativeElement, {
    copyDefaultStyles: false, // <== here
  })

I have no information what these default styles are but it fixed these borders.

I have wasted almost 4 hours fighting with my keyboard, trying different functions to eliminate those issues, and then I found this problem and your comment here.
