Automate deployments #93
Description
The changes merged in to master should automatically be deployed if the tests pass.
Since we're using Heroku and Now this is actually pretty simple:
- We should activate the [GitHub integration] for Heroku
- And we should activate the [GitHub integration] for Now and enable auto-aliasing
