The actaul way of displaying pool protection mode is making the open pools a little dangerous

It could be reworded with Who can vote ? as the label and options:

• All members
• Allowlist
• GoodDollar verified
• Gitcoin Passport verified

Acceptance criteria

• Label switched from Protection to Who can vote
• Value switched to:
  • All members
  • Allowlist
  • GoodDollar verified
  • Passport.xyz verified
