Use title rather than id in support proposal confirmation

This is a minor issue, but also probably a trivial fix. If its not trivial probably should just close as wont do.

I was recently supporting a proposal, and had added 100 Honey in support, but then when I got to the confirmation I thought it was saying I had supported with 150 instead, it turns out that just happened to be the proposal id. However, the proposal id doesn't mean much to the user, so if we use the title here instead it will be more clear.
