[Script] Run any scripts causes an error

@1Ridav, Hi! I get an error when running any script.
What could be the problem?

@Skitale, Hi! That bug happens when jar tries to run itself in console mode to actually run a script. Gradle packs jar a bit differently, so path to main class become invalid.
I have uploaded a working build(exported by eclipse), so it should work again.
Gradle build will be fixed soon
