Add: Reading Time, Support for new authors

This release brings two new additions

1. Reading Time
   Reading Time is implemented as a partial layouts/partials/readTime.html and is added to Articles through layouts/posts/single.html.
   To support this feature, two new config is added in hugo.toml

  # Toggle Reading time for articles
  readTime = true

  # Specify Separator between wordCount and readTime
  readTimeSeparator = "\u002F||\u005C Reading Time:"

readTimeSeparator can be customized as you please.

Q. What is the WPM (words per minute) implemented?
A. 220 (Check in the partial)

• If Neither Author nor Link is provided.

Mathjax support & Installation guide

Though Original theme has some remnants that Latex is supported, but there is no obvious methodology on how to enable the same. Searching Hugo documentation proved futile too.

Hence, this release closes Issue 15.
Latex support is provided by MathJax and a detailed guide on how to use it is provided in this article.

Additionally, this release also closes Issue 16. Readme is updated with installation steps for Hermit - V2
