Prints going off left side of plate and skipping on right side.

If I try to run a full bed single layer print the head will come all the way forward and all the way to the right, then about 5 inches from the front as its moving back it will jump the belt, shifting the print to the left.
The rest of the print will then be off the left side of the plate.

Is this adjustable? and if so... how?

I'm not sure if I got your description right tbh, a video might be helpful. Might be a hardware issue - do the endstops work? Did you check the belt tension?
Does it occur at slow speeds and with lower accel settings as well?
I don't use the stock firmware, so I'm not sure if it could be a fw issue either.
If you still have warranty, I'd reach out to AC support as well I guess.

I figured it out!
The PTFE tube going to the print head was barely too short and putting pressure on the head when it was at its longest distance.
The reason it didn't happen before is that the PTFE tube had slipped through the Bowden connector and become shorter.

I need to replace it with a longer tube as this will happen again over time... it seems it's impossible to get the tube to not work its way up against the run out detector module.

Oh that's good news! Glad you got it sorted! Even tho it sounds like a bugger if you really can't prevent it from happening again..
I'd suggest to get yourself "Capricorn XS" tube then, those are much better, also for the reverse bowden (glides better, diameter is 1.8 instead of 2mm iirc), also replace the PTFE inliner at the heatsink with the CapricornXS as well if you didn't do so yet.
Might be worth it to also check that PC coupler wthat holds the tube in place, sometimes the lock mechanism doesn't really work and then it also pushes in more easily..
