Deno support

Deno support would be very desirable, in particular via the sqlite3 denodriver (or equivalent via ffi) and supporting an LTS version.

Deno 2 claims that it has greatly improved node.js compatibility.
I'll try whether deno can work with the vectorlite npm package when I get time.
