Save Meal Pop-Up Component

• Set up backend models and routes to create new ingredients/dishes
• 'Save Meal' button will render a pop-up (modal) option to add to meal diary
• Modal form will confirm: meal type (breakfast, lunch, dinner), dish name
• Deploy server project to heroku
• Submit button will create new dishes in the database
• Submit button will create new ingredients in the database and associations with dishes
• Submit button will re-direct to meal diary
