Get request is not working as expected with Ngrok

@srinidhi18042002 & @Jeevanjr07 kindly look into working with GET request in Axios for Ngrok.

Untill the issue is fixed use POST request with empty json fields instead of GET requests

This issue is likely because, for GET requests when you are using the NGROK fresh link, u need to accept that you agree to proceed using the link by entering the link into the browser and clicking on the button "Visit site".

@srinidhi18042002 Remember when we were working on Ed-Cred the images didn't load until we accepted by clicking on that link.
