Add Handling to Convert Mobile Links to Desktop

e.g. mobile.twitter.com/person/id should become twitter.com/person/id

Consider other handling to clean requests by removing unnecessary URL params.

Can we standardize http vs https?

@ProxySec if you're interested, feel free to take a crack at adding some helpers to tools/data_rewriter.py.

I would advise against working off a fork though, because Github Actions aren't super compatible with forks and it'll be difficult to test the integration.
