Create Input Transition Risk Score

Hi @kalashsinghal ,

this is a ticket to create an Input Transition Risk Score. The idea would be to calculate for every input the transition risk score in the same way as on product level and to then aggregate it on product- and company-level.

Clear specifications on how aggregation on product- and company-level should look like will come soon, after discussion with @AnneSchoenauer.
