V2RayN 7.9.3, Windows 11 (24H2, 簡體中文版)
單擊"Exempt all"再單擊"Save Changes"，會提示錯誤。
在英文版Windows 10/11上面使用V2Ray，沒有此bug。
有些應用（如OneDrive）是走UWP（AppContainer）的。
