例如关闭wifi按钮切换到数据流量，使用中的v2rayng无法对外提供服务，表现为v2rayng内测试连接可以联通，但是tg或是浏览器无法联通。然后开启wifi按钮，从数据流量切换回wifi，连接好像恢复
测试了，ip地址获得都是正常的。
ipv4/ipv6都有问题
