Not connection on dual messenger

Bug Report: WhatsApp Dual Messenger not working on Samsung A36 (Android 16)

Environment

• Device: Samsung Galaxy A36 5G
• Android Version: 16
• v2rayNG Version: 2.2.1
• Dual Messenger: Enabled (Samsung Dual Messenger)
• VPN Mode: VPN Service
• Per-App Proxy: Disabled

Issue Description

I use Samsung Dual Messenger to run two WhatsApp instances on the same device.

After updating to recent versions of v2rayNG (currently 2.2.1), the primary WhatsApp works normally through the VPN, but the cloned WhatsApp instance created by Samsung Dual Messenger cannot connect properly.

The strange part is that other VPN applications work correctly with both WhatsApp instances on the same phone.

Observed Behavior

• Main WhatsApp: Works normally.
• Dual Messenger WhatsApp: Stuck connecting or unable to synchronize messages.
• Previously unsent messages sometimes get delivered later after changing v2rayNG settings, indicating partial or inconsistent connectivity.
• Disabling Per-App Proxy does not solve the issue.

Troubleshooting Performed

• Disabled Per-App Proxy.
• Cleared app cache.
• Tested multiple VPN profiles.

None of these consistently resolved the problem.

Expected Behavior
Both the primary WhatsApp and the Samsung Dual Messenger WhatsApp should be routed through the VPN and work identically.

Additional Note
The issue appears specific to v2rayNG because other VPN clients on the same device can successfully connect both WhatsApp instances.
