Filter out hubs containing "binder" from user dependent panels

Context

Follow-up to #31

We filtered out hubs called "binder" from user costs views, but we are assuming these hubs exactly match the string "binder". In the case of the opensci cluster, we have a big-binder and small-binder.

Definition of Done

• Filter out hub names containing the word "binder" from user panel views

Actually, the big-binder has authentication, so usernames are recorded correctly. The small binder just uses the name of the repo+hash for usernames. I am inclined to let this edge case be.
