Implementation plan

1. Update AGENTS.md under Persona And Workflow to make Conventional Commits a standalone, unconditional requirement.
2. Clarify that every commit must follow the convention, including intermediate, follow-up, review-fix, and agent-generated commits within a pull request.
3. Preserve the existing branch and pull-request workflow requirements while removing any ambiguity that the convention applies only to final commits.
4. Run Markdown/pre-commit validation for the documentation-only change; no Ansible or Molecule testing is necessary.
