Clearing confusion between manimgl and manim ce with a post install message

I have seen some bugs where the user is using community edition but posting their issue here, or vice-versa.
We could reduce these confusion by adding a post-install message or first run message describing difference between them.
Would love to hear your thoughts on this.

I know. But although people should read that before submitting issues, not everyone is doing that.

Having a post-install message telling them that this is manimgl explicitly would help them resolving their issues faster.

We could propose the same to community edition manim.

I know what you're saying and it's a good idea. But, would anyone bother reading post install message if they didn't read REAME text?

Message with some better ASCII art could help get their attention if that is the issue.
