3D Renderer Magic Lens

The 3D magic lens allows viewing multiple modalities overlaid on top of each other in the 3D Renderer:

It can be enabled via the toolbar:

To enable a dataset for display in the 3D magic lens:

  • Go to the Data Modalities widget.

  • Select the desired dataset by clicking on it

  • Make sure that the desired dataset is visible in the 3D renderer (i.e. that its checkbox in the data list is checked)

  • Edit the dataset by clicking on the toolbutton with the pencil on it

  • In the opening dialog, ensure that "Show in 3D Magic Lens is checked:

  • And that's it, the data should now be shown in the 3D magic lens!
