Multi Modal Transfer Functions

Bernhard Froehler edited this page Jul 2, 2019 · 7 revisions

This is a tool for defining transfer functions and weights for two to three modalities, e.g. from Talbot-Lau Grating Interferometer X-Ray Computed Tomography. The datasets need to be pre-registered and of the exact same dimensions. A more detailed description and a test dataset will follow shortly.
