Delayed start (washing machine) doens't work for me

My washing machine (bosch series 8 front loader) when programmed for a delayed start, doesn't run the pump - it just gives the drum a "twitch" and then goes to sleep.

When powered up, but not running, the power usage is about 4.6 w.
The twitch generates a spike between 8 and 23w (because it is short, the twitch isn't always picked up)
Then it sits at between 5.8 and 6.8 until it runs the actual wash.

So what should I set in the config?

With the new reduced delayed start settings "sustained low power between Stop Threshold and Start Threshold (W) is treated as a delayed start" do I set start threshold to something like 25W (>23) and stop to something like 5 (> 4.6)?
