Cannot find 'DINPUT8.dll'

Describe the bug
Trying to launch MapleStory 4G (no admin req).exe gives the error Cannot find 'DINPUT8.dll', Please, re-install this application

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Download config.ini , dinput8.dll , EzorsiaV2_UI.wz from Release 2
2. Save to MapleStory folder
3. Run MapleStory 4G (no admin req).exe
4. See error: Cannot find 'DINPUT8.dll', Please, re-install this application

Expected behavior
Game starts

This issue happens on Windows 11, but the same exact files run well on my Linux machine

I resolved this problem by install msvc143

ps. My environment is in qemu win10 VM instance on ubuntu 2024.

for me the issue was solved by building a release version instead of a debug version
