Fetching the data for a specific slice

From the perspective of the Dashboard, document the sequence of (abstract / "pseudocode") requests that you expect to send to the Monitoring module in order to show Monitoring information ABOUT A SLICE.
Then the Monitoring developers shall help map those requests to a sequence of Monitoring API calls, which the Dashboard will have to send to the Monitoring module.
