Just cause it's not known but my friend NJZ3 add this feature on his build
OUTPUTS=NET
don't know why it's not on last build release from team but ????

with this you can enjoy Hook The Reaper with model 3 ;) ;) ;)

Where do you put the 'OUTPUTS=NET'?

I am assuming the Supermodel.ini file in the Config directory. But I don't want to assume.
