使用ESP-IDF5.5，切换芯片型号时候idf.py set-target esp32s3报错，求指导

总是报这样的错误，大神给分析下原因

Steps to reproduce.

1. 使用ESP IDF5.3的版本，对软件1.6.2操作没有问题
   2、使用ESP IDF5.4以及5.5，对最新的操作，都存在上述问题
