Are incomplete (but complete in package implementation) repositories allowed in show and tell?

First, thank you to 781flyingdutchman for maintaining this package.

I wanted to share how I implemented this useful package in my flutter app that is on the playstore right now, but I don't want to share the entire app repository. Are incomplete repositores that do not have a working application (BUT do work if you add the missing secrets and set up the server correctly) still allowed in that section?
