Ability to completely disable data volume

We don't want to have data volume entirely since we are building our custom image with custom nodes included and they are getting stored in the ~/.n8n/nodes and using an emptyDir volume will make it to remove our custom nodes

just a simple key to enable or disable that will make us happy thanks

if this is an accepted thing I'm willing to implement that

Workaround for that was to use an initContainers in all of the components
