Overwrite toggle - Always Ask

In the "overwrite" function, i sugest adding a "always ask" option that would look just like the disambiguation popup in google drive, for example

use case: i almost never upload files with the same name in my current cloud provider. when i rarely do, i would like to choose whether it was an overlook of my part, or an actual update to a file.
