[Feature request] More advanced Control Panel

Idea description

Create a more advanced control panel, in with, besides of displaying informations, the admins could (among others, but not limited to):

1. Manage of:

• users, groups and their permission and access (ACL)
• shares, volumes, etc.
• languages, themes, etc.
• restrict users access to some functions
• ban / unban
• etc.
