Show basic statistics about attestations (counts by model, role, etc.) on the homepage.

Tasks

• Create stats collection in localStorage
• Display stats on homepage
• Add simple charts/visualizations
• Make stats optional (privacy)

Expected outcome

Users can see aggregated statistics about AI usage patterns.
