Consider how to better support presenters

As an organizer, I want to ensure that A11YChi presenters are supported and feel like they are set to succeed well when presenting at our events.

Acceptance criteria:

• Host a workshop with co-organizers to share retrospective, observation, etc. of past events
• Identify our strengths and weaknesses
• Identify how we can improve our process with presenters
• Create a guide for co-organizers to use as reference
