Reason for subject exclusion from ABCD Collection 3165

Hello,

There is missing subject data from the ABCD Collection 3165 and it seems like some participants were intentionally not included (c.f. https://collection3165.readthedocs.io/en/stable/recommendations/ section "2. The BIDS Participants Files and Matched Groups", the collection_3165 variable in the participant file denotes whether or not the participant's data has been included in their NDA collection (3165)).

I initially thought that subjects may have been excluded based on their quality control, but the subjects that are missing include subjects that have actually passed ABCD's QC (as outlined in the mri_y_qc_incl.csv from the Tabulated Data (Release 5.1)).

Could you therefore please share some information on why some participants were not included?
