New CICE5 names will break the esm1.5/6 builder #466

In
I change the names for cice5 files to follow the ocean filename convention:
e.g. iceh-daily_0786-01.nc instead of iceh_d.0786-01.nc
and to allow multiple days / months in one file.
Opening this to remind myself to get the builder updated, i'll provide some data soon !
