Since we now have ACF baseplates which should allow you to check for non-combat vehicles in code, It would be nice to lessen the restrictions on those vehicles.
(Like the already existing different fuel consumption multiplier - very nice)

Example:
E2/SF brakes are now a huge annoyance thanks to the setAngleVelocity restriction (and I imagine there are more to come). I find ACF brakes to just not be great for cars (why do the brakes not have an option for constant/linear brake force!) especially when using analog inputs like pedals.
Could this be done? Thoughts?
