[Feature Request] Anvil Tweaks

It's Strange There's No Anvil Tweaks In This Mod, I Searched All Config Files And There's No Anvil Tweaks So I Think These Can Be So Good In This Mod

1 - Remove "Too Expensive!" Limit Which Is A Cap At 40 Levels
2 - Modify Anvil Cost Multiplier For Both Repairing And Enchanting With Books
3 - Items Don't Drop Off Anvil When GUI Is Closed (Possibly For Enchanting Table As Well)
4 - Allow Combination Of Enchants That Normally Can't Be Done In Anvil
