My 2FA key was automatically deleted

As the title suggests, I clicked on the oracle verification code on this interface, and then it suddenly disappeared, and I couldn't find it anywhere. All other equipment has also been lost due to synchronizatio. Everyone knows, the Oracle account can only buthenticated by 2FA which means I have lost access to the accout.
I want to ask, why does this kind of vicious bug exist? Why is there no way to recover?

No, I just copied the verification code when logging into Oracle, but it didn't work. Then it suddenly disappeared.

I didn’t do anything, and I wouldn’t joke about my own Oracle account. I just clicked copy, and then the key disappeared.So weird.

When was the 2FA added to the Oracle item and from which device what the added?

The action of clicking the Copy could not really lead to this, as the copy obviously is not something that modifies the vault. We should assume that it was not the Copy action but a suspicios timing of the click and the sync process in background.

Regarding the loss of 2FA token in general, besides the customer support your best bet here is the Oracle recovery codes and/or previous backup of the vault, if available.

At first, only in Keyguard suddenly disappeared, which I found very strange. Then I checked the Bitwarden extension and saw that it was still there, so I thought it might be a sync issue. I clicked sync in the extension, but after it finished, everything was gone.
